Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Slideys, the slideshow creation service available at slideys.app (“Slideys”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Slideys lets you create, edit, and export photo slideshows for social platforms such as TikTok and Instagram. Features include a background and app-icon library, caption and hashtag templates, and image export. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

2. Your account

You need an account to use Slideys. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live) to use the service.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• Slideys is a paid subscription (monthly or yearly), billed in advance through our payment provider, Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account page; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review it.

4. Your content

• You keep all rights to the images, logos, and text you upload and to the slideshows you export. You give us the limited license needed to store and process them so the service can work.
• You are responsible for having the rights to any material you upload (including logos and photos) and for how you use exported content on other platforms.
• The built-in library (backgrounds, icons, templates) is provided for use inside slideshows you create with Slideys, not for resale or redistribution as standalone assets.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t use Slideys to create unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content; don’t attempt to break, overload, or reverse engineer the service; don’t share your account to circumvent subscription limits. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Third-party platforms

You are responsible for complying with the terms of the platforms where you post exported content. Slideys is not affiliated with TikTok, Instagram, or any apps shown in the icon library; their names and logos belong to their respective owners.

7. Disclaimers and liability

Slideys is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or any particular outcome (including follower growth or revenue). To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as content ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits) survive.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. If a change is material, we will notify you (for example by email or an in-app notice) before it takes effect. Continuing to use Slideys after a change means you accept the updated terms.
